So far, I’ve done well. Today marked the 6th time I’ve arisen at 6:15-6:30 to run my loop. Eventually, I’ll increase my distance or work to decrease my times. I think distance is the overall preference to improve my health.

To this end, I need to figure out how to make playlists on my Fuze in Linux.
