Pork Chop Perfection

I cooked some good thick pork chops (about 1.5″ thick) on the cast iron grill pan. I put it in the oven at 350 for about half of an hour. Then I put it on the stovetop eye at a high temperature. After about 4 minutes, I rotated the pork chops on the pan about 45 degrees. After another four minutes I flipped the chops and followed the same pattern for rotation. (This is the first time I’ve ever gotten the grill marks to look correct.) Here are some pictures of my pork chops.


I soaked the chops in a combo of Worcestershire sauce and some A1 marinade. I stabbed them with a fork and flipped them every day. After 3 days, I cooked them. It was awesome.
