About two weeks ago, I sent in a pair of New Balance 661’s which I had owned for about 10 months. I had used adhesive twice to re-adhere the outsole to the sole of the shoe. I looked around and saw that New Balance actively worked to make sure that customers are happy with their purchase and so I mailed in my shoes along with a form stating my displeasure with the wear of the shoe.
I just got an email back today stating that my shoes would be replaced with this particular model: http://www.newbalance.com/products/MR768/. Click on the blue ones (ST). That’s mine.
